Einar was a rebellious underground profile during the 60s and 70s. His father was a professor of social science, and later, a Swedish conservative leader, and then ambassador to India and Japan. One of his brothers was the Swedish National Police Commissioner for some time. Today, Einar is one of the foremost Swedish translators of drama, fiction and poetry. A close and warm portraiture of Einar Heckscher and parts of his life.
